It's not perfect but I made a quick translation:

It only works on 64 Bit

What you need:
-Processhacker 2
-Cheatengine 6.0

1. Step

Start S4 League

2.Step

if the patcher appears start processhacker before you start s4 league

3. Step

log in and choose your server (english, german .. whatever) then choose a channel and enter
now you have to go to your inventory

ATTENTION NOW!

4. Step

switch to processhacker 2 and "kill" aegis and aegis64 ( in processhacker it's called terminate)
then suspend xtrap and HGWC

5. Step

Now start CheatEngine and search die value from the PS +1 then draft that what is on the left
down an press with RIGHT now click on change and enter the new values: for example Taser sword.

Now you should have a TaserSword instead of a PlasmaSword. If this is the case and everything is
right close CheatEngine and resume HGWC and xTrap.

Last Step :

Close Processhacker and Have Fun

I think you tried to use the FP value for the skin...
You have to exchange the FP value with the dmg value and the skin value with the Toy Gun value

You can use any Acc you got. There is no requirement.
