Looking for saturn support.

Hey, ive been using saturn for a while.
Chatbot is ignoring me, after last payment (no changes on pc) just renewed sub on the same key I get some error. There is no way to reach support so ill try it here.

I want to reach saturn support/dev any help appreciated. If i could not find any ill chargeback payments and post proof of this situation.

Hi Wortex -

I believe they utilize AI to respond to chat messages and emails. Give them 24-hours to respond and see if they'll add +1 day to your subscription. Generally speaking chargebacks are understandable, but know that it may trigger a perm ban from you using their product.

In the future, feel free to buy Saturn spoofer through a reseller. They can generally assist you and help escalate to the developer.

Cannot establish lts secured connection or smthn like that.

It worked after a day or so, but it would be nice to have some panel or smthn where u can see some status or changes made to the spoofer.

Also, what are your prices since ur resseling on month, quarter, year and permanent ? (Temp)

and prices on perm ?

I think the only thing you can do is follow up and wait on their chatbot. But maybe you'll get a response soon if they see this
