Am I safe?

Hey I was banned on rust on my first account over 4 years ago. I then had another account I played legit on for about 6k hours then got bored and cheated and that was almost two years ago. I'm now getting the itch to play again but since then I've moved to another state and have a new pc. My question is i'm logged into my steam account i'm banned on cause that's where all my games are. If i get a new rust account will it be able to detect that i've logged into a gamebanned account. Thanks

No, you’re good, just don’t boot up Rust on the banned account. Also, if server admins ask for the vdf file, then you would have to “clear” it beforehand of course.

u're likely fine, if ur gameban issued at the time was ur first gameban ever, then especially, EAC used to have a tendency at the time to not first ban HWID ban people.
