Do delayed HWID bans exist?

I’ve recently been experiencing issues with my current Spoofer provider. While I wait for them to push an update I’ve been testing on my original Hardware. My question is do delayed HWID bans exist? It’s always been my understanding that if you can play on a server for at least 2+ hours without a ban you’re not currently HWID banned. I can play past the initial 2+ hours without receiving any bans. I thought that meant I was in clear but I’ve received bans on two different test accounts with 3 days of the initial tests.

Has anyone experienced delayed HWID bans?

delay bans don't usually last for days on rust, its mostly in the hourly margin.

In that case, make sure u didn't play on a different server that got u ip flagged and admin banned.
OR
U have any driver on ur PC that is flagged by EAC as malicious so they banned u

EAC does delayed bans, correct
