your probably unbanned, some other dude on the forum said he was able to play for 200+ hours without issue then would get game banned once he got reported or killed someone. he then bought my perm spoofer + reinstall windows and is now able to play without any issues.

You're fine. It takes 3-5 bans for eac to impose an hwid ban.
Since you lasted a week with 50+ hrs no ban, the HWID ban probably lifted
Not really, that is not how EAC or Facepunch are handling bans right now.
With the newer policy, first-time bans don't trigger an immediate HWID ban anymore. Instead, they allow for unbans after about 8 months as long as there are no repeat offenses. That is why some people can still play for a while after their first ban.
If someone keeps evading or gets caught again, that is when the HWID ban usually comes in during a wave, and once your hardware is blacklisted you are done.
It is not about the ban being "lifted", it is just the way the new system works.
Also note that this depends on several factors and is unique from person to person depending on how many identifiers your system is reporting to EAC such as
TPM (Trusted Platform Module)
SMBios data
Different motherboard manufacturers might not fill in the serial numbers and leave them as "To Be Filled By O.E.M." or "Default string" or simply just a whitespace
A good example of this is Gigabyte which normally only has System.UUID
Saying stuff like "5 bans" is the magic number before you get hardware banned is just retarded

EAC always gives 3-5 chances before applying an hwid ban. This is a fact and has been a thing for a decade.

Most likely unbanned indeed since its a flag game, and u dont have much flags rn.
But once u get reported a few times the ban hammer will hit u fast, so its always better to be safe than sorry and use a perm spoofer with a disk spoofing mechanism perhaps to have u completely unflagged.
That is what I recommend so u dont lose ur acc after so many hours

like thethinkman said you need a spoofer rust doesnt handle ban like that you could be randomly getting EAC in a week or even 2 it doesnt matter to FP
8 month for a fully unban from hdwi so ye just keep spoofing
