Proof of Cheat Vault scamming

Explanation: I bought 1 day of Hexwing Lite Cheat from cheat vault, keep in mind I've bought previous cheats that didn't work for me from them and they refused to provide support other than 'your windows is corrupt, reinstall windows'

Anyways, after buying the hexwing, I got an error that it wouldn't work, they have a FAQ that shows this error and fixes for it. I followed all fixes provided and it still didn't work, so I opened a ticket. From that point on you can read the messages provided in the images above.

What's crazy funny is how if you charge back, they claim they'll global ban you from multiple providers. Not sure how true that is but wow, great way to keep people from coming back.

Anyways, dog **** support and literally a scam. I was told I would be provided a service and support, neither of which I received.

Edit: Tried warning 'Matrix' cheat about their official reseller being an actual scammer and this is the response I got:

They can’t really 'global ban' you from multiple loaders because they have no way of finding your username on that loader or linking it to you unless they have a key that connects you to that loader.

I assume cheat vault is a reseller so its just probably false threats tho

They resell. The highest level of enforcement they have is banning by key or loader. They don’t have the ability to HWID‑ban you solely based on your HWID. This also assumes that a developer would even allow them to ban a user who disputed under a different cheat.

Most resellers ban you by IP from purchasing or accessing their site.

But in cases where customers dispute they are usually HWID banned by the provider aswell so you wont be able to buy from the same provider.
E.g you buy disconnect from cheat vault you will be banned from disconnect and cheat vault.

Resellers also share ban lists of customers who dispute as this is usually considered fraud.

Payment processors may also start blocking your payments if you initiate multiple disputes as it is again generally fraudulent.

My point is, that if you dispute ********** its highly unlikely you will be globally banned from all the cheats they resell.

Just my two cents, I doubt they would contact 20+ providers with the users hwid just because of a simple dispute. Either way disputing is never the best option. ********** is pretty trusted so if he just waits for support they will most likely help him and provide comp.

I’ve been using cheats for quite a while and fully understand how everything works. I’m using a reported spoofer lol, dynamic IP, so we can rule out beginner mistakes right away. I used to play with Dopamine, was happy with it, but after it shut down, I started looking for a replacement. I came across Serenity Rust — their website claims it’s “undetected.” I joined their Discord and asked support which cheat is the most reliable right now. The response from support (nickname Polar) — “Serenity is top 1.”

Alright, I believed them and bought it. And here’s where things got interesting...

The cheat simply doesn’t work. Today is August 4, 2025, and it’s been at least two weeks since it stopped working. Every day they make empty promises — “will be fixed in 1–2 days” — and nothing changes. You can check it yourself by joining their Discord. But here's the catch: the status on the website is still unchanged, still says “Undetected,” and everything supposedly works fine. In reality, they’re knowingly selling a non-functional product, taking users for fools.

I decided to try an “alternative” — the Matrix cheat. Once again, Polar claimed it’s “undetected” and safe to use. So I bought a new account, installed everything, launched the game… and got banned after 4 hours. Tried again — another ban. In total, 4 accounts wasted for nothing, and in return — silence and excuses.

I contacted support asking for a refund at least for Serenity, since it didn’t even launch. As for Matrix — fine, I took that risk. But the reply I got? “You should’ve checked if it works before buying.” Excuse me — why recommend it then? And he’s still in the chat actively promoting Serenity as “the best choice,” even though it’s common knowledge that it’s completely broken.

In short — their support is basically: “we got your money, now it’s your problem.”
They don’t update the cheat status on elitepvpers.com, there’s zero transparency or honesty.
They’re selling thin air, pushing trash, and don’t even bother to apologize.

You are literally describing the entire scene.

I also dont understand why people trust "Matrix" or even have it high up a list, it's made by a lazy dev by the name Chase Nelson that use to be working for QuantumCheats, he is known for scamming people in the scene, not updating his products, relying on other people for help and overall just a paster without any knowledge.

Stop giving money to people that sit on UC and grind their features and bypasses together

The only products even worth time or money

• Disconnect (Currently DTC, but they are open about it in their customer discord)
• ChudVision (Don't bother playing Facepunch servers, same shit as EvilCheat)
• WRC

Also I dont understand why people advertise their products or even other people products as "working for some" "semi dtc" "Issues with gamebans, only on official FP servers."

There is only 2 statuses.

• Detected
• Undetected

I was an admin for cheat vault for around 3 months in that time multiple people had done things that cheat vault took their key for though they don't have any power towards other cheat resellers
