Yo, when I looked though many topics everyone says that rust doesn't really hwid ban the first offense but in my case I cheated on alt got eac banned, and then went straight through to my main account (didn't know jack **** at that time about cheating) and started playing without cheats but Ive got eac banned, so just to be sure, that means that I'm hwid banned first time offense, right?

Sounds like it, if you want to be 100% sure just buy a 5$ cracked acc, if you're hwid you'll get hit within 2 hours.

Yes, its possible to be HWID banned the first time, but generally its unlikely. Otherwise, buy a good temp or permanent spoofer.
