I got game banned once two years ago for cheating. I recently bought another account. I don't know if i am hwid banned for cheating once. Anyone know?

You are most likely not hwid banned, it happens 2nd or third time 90% of the time but is still possible to be more or less.

Most likely not, if you are, go ahead and buy a good permanent spoof.
