Easy way is to just buy skins on like G2G. The person you buy from can just give you the skin that way. You can just also change the accounts location to change everything over to dollars, but you need to change your location and then wait a few weeks. Or change location and then ask steam support to do it. Just message steam support saying your now in the US and want to know what the process is like to change your steam store/market.
