Raid carries?

I know this is a thing for other games but I was wonder if people do this on rust. Like just join in for a raid and help defend people grubbing. I haven't seen anyone offer these services and I was just curious.

I have seen this before, pl often pay cheaters when they are about to raid a base, the cheater will debug camera into the base and tell them where all the core and traps are etc and tc is. It may also work both ways on the raid defence.
Though ive never seen it for a defence
