You would love for me to have a list of every person you exit scammed 2 years ago, wouldn’t you? I could name 2, but unfortunately, like fools, they paid you again, and I’d hate for them to be banned out of anger. It’s crazy how you scammed nobody, and yet when you broke the news that you were beginning a new project and their lifetime subscriptions weren’t transferring over, you were instantly barraged in numerous discords for it. Truly a shame I didn’t document all of that.

Oh, if that really happened, surely someone must have documented it, right? I mean, EvilCheats isnt exactly some tiny, unknown project, and judging by the sheer amount of haters we have apparently "attracted", someone must have what you looking for. Lets clear up the confusion here. The cheat was fully functional when I left for Austria. The issue happened after a Rust update was pushed while I was already there. Despite being on holiday with family, I made the effort to go back to the hotel and fix the issue over Remote Desktop, and it was resolved. So, the claim that I left people with a broken cheat and "decided to go on holiday" is completely baseless.

I have always prioritized ensuring the cheat works, even under less-than-ideal circumstances. If your argument hinges on trying to spin this as negligence, its simply not grounded in the facts.

Im not trying to glaze myself with this because I see it as a standard, however, you saying it like this is completely ignoring the facts.

But the past few months not including this month the downtime and uptime for a month is probably 50/50. You keep responding to the messages and not including anything about this. Also you didnt say anything about the fact you chose to work on eft for another provider instead of fixing your own cheat wouldnt suprise me if you either deny this or ignore it again either People are stuck in a contract with little to no way of getting out and being forced to use a limited cheat

Everyone has the option to leave the contract if they choose to. We have made it very clear that during periods of issues, we are more than willing to issue refunds and terminate the contract if requested. No one is being forced to stay.

Everyone can leave if they choose, but that also comes with the option of getting banned from the cheat (this might have changed but i know many people who was unhappy and got banned) That’s why I say there’s little to no way out for your customers—they stay because they see your potential to make the cheat really good. Honestly, I believe in a few months you’ll probably get it back to being usable, but i feel like even then you will give up improving it further lol because even when fully functional, the cheat feels outdated.

I also noticed that you’ve overlooked some points I’ve raised, but I won’t bring them up again. I understand you’ve had unpredictable issues, but the amount of time it’s taken to fix them feels unreasonable. Also the amount of fake promises you have made over the last year is ridiculous.

This isn’t coming from a place of hate—consider this constructive criticism. Focus on doing your best to keep your customers happy from now on, and I’m sure all of this will eventually be forgotten and ill leave it at that xoxo

Features are lack luster, the only actual good part about EC is the emulation.

The October force wipe broke EC for 8 days because of acus’s incompetence, even after 8 days of downtime it came back up with just ESP for a further 7 days. We were promised compensation for this downtime from the 3rd to the 20th. This still has not been added to subscriptions due to “issues with moving the auto renewal date” any time someone brings up when are we getting comp acus instantly goes to “if you don’t like it I’ll refund you” which completely misses the point.

EC has an account training feature that often goes down for 12+ hours. None of this downtime is ever compensated either.

A whole month on from allegedly rewriting the whole cheat we still only have very very basic features compared to every other cheat.

Reading through this EC drama is funny to me because I have used EC since early on in the launch of public and it started really good, but overtime became pretty bad xD I at one point had a 1 month sub that lasted close to 3 months due to it going down so much, overall I would say tier 3 for EC is more than generous given its history.
