What parts do I need to change in my pc to remove my HWID Ban? I will be getting everything but a new GPU and wanted to know if my hwid ban would get removed.

All you need is a HWID spoofer to avoid a ban, you don't need to get new parts.

Well, I am upgrading my pc in general. is my gpu hwid banned also?

No it's not. Motherboard, Network adapter, Primary disk and a fresh windows installation should do the trick.
