Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you have had such a frustrating experience, that is not what we intend for anyone using our software. We are not resellers of any "chinese" products. Reported is our own software and we have been around for a long time with a large userbase. I understand you are frustrated, but let's be reasonable here.
A few clarifications:
Support
We do have live support. The bot you see on the support-page is there to handle the most common issues quickly, it's using all pre written replies from me. If the bot cannot solve the problem or you need remote assistance, it will route you to a human (usually me) as long as you follow the "correct path" all the way to the support option. For most errors this is not required as there is only one solution to the problem and therefore the user is only given one selected answer. We are also present in
Discord. The #members chat is open to all members. I would suggest you take a look here as well as it's easier for you to communicate with us and fellow members through those channels. Just remember to #activate your license to be able to get access.
Valorant
Reported has never supported Valorant and we do not advertise it as such. It is not a bootkit and therefore cannot work for that game. You will not see Valorant listed on our supported games page or in this thread for that reason.
Rust
Rust has been fully supported since 2021. We are one of the few providers that consistently work for Rust, and the last reported issue was in late 2023. You can always check the current status and last issue dates in our Discord
