Just to be clear, Discord is not an official support platform. It’s there for community chat only. All actual support is handled through our website, which you have full access to like everyone else. All roles are automatically handed out by the bot and tracked. We can't hand out roles manually as the bot would not store it in it's database.
The cleaner works fine for hundreds daily. If you had an issue, you were given the correct solution. Discord role assignment is fully automated and has nothing to do with the product you purchased, nor is it required to get support. There is no support on Discord at all, it’s simply for client-to-client casual talk.
Also, we’re humans, not bots. Expecting replies at 2 AM over a Discord role isn’t reasonable. I go over tickets dozens of times a day, and you received answers like everyone else. There’s no reason to post paragraphs complaining in a sales thread because your Discord client fails to communicate with the bot. It works fine for everyone else, and you were even given multiple solutions. Keep in mind you don't need a role to use the software. You don't buy a discord role, you buy the software.

I just wanted to actually make sure it did not fuck up my windows a 2nd time when i try it again... and wanted to see if there was info i could provide so you could prevent it happening in the future when i try it again or for you to prevent it happening to anyone else...
+ it would be nice to actually be able to be in the discord server after buying a year key.... when you showed me my discord was linked but it just wasn't giving me the role... you could of unlinked it so i could try link it to my other discord account that did not give a generic error when trying to verify and actually said it was already linked, instead of pretty much saying i cant be in the discord then and closing the ticket...
Im not trying to be rude or anything... i know its a good spoofer thats why u bought it for a year... just would be good to be able to see what went wrong when it cleaned my pc and messed with my 2nd windows install... which i thought would get resolved in a ticket on your site as i had a good experience a few years ago with you....

Discord access is still not required for support or to use the product. The idea was never for you to switch to a different Discord account. You were supposed to verify using the same account (just through your browser) as instructed. That way, unlinking wouldn't have been necessary.
Yet, for reasons beyond me, you chose to use multiple accounts and created the issue yourself. If you still need help with unlinking, you know where the support system is.

No, i had 1 account i tried to link and it kept erroring every time, you guys told me to try the browser which i did try and it did not work gave the same error... so i tried my other discord account which gave me a different error.
so i assume for whatever reason the bot just isnt giving the role to my linked account for some reason.

Hello, I honestly DO NOT suggest you to use the reported.lol spoofer. It doesn't work properly for Rust.

I've received a hardware ID ban on Rust for cheating. The cheat I used is external and employs a manually mapped driver, so it leaves no traces on the computer. After my account ban, my hardware was also banned. I've never used any spoofer before on this rig.
I completely wiped my computer, reinstalled Windows 10 by deleting all partitions and recreating them, and then used the reported spoofer (without running any cheat — just a clean installation of Windows, an offline account (no online Microsoft account), and also no activation key). However, even after taking these steps, I've consistently gotten banned after a few reports.
Then, I've tried to contact the reported.lol support, which is bad.
The ticket system is horrible, as it didn't allow me to see my already opened tickets, so you have to rely on luck to create a ticket and have someone to help you. They also don't give support to by discord. The result of my ticket:
I was advised once again to completely wipe my system and install Windows 11, despite having recently performed a fresh, clean installation of Windows 10. This suggestion arose from issues with the spoofer's compatibility specifically for Rust. It became clear that the developer might not fully understand the underlying issue, as they were unable to clarify why Windows 11 would offer an advantage over Windows 10, despite both operating systems being listed as fully supported. The spoofer explicitly claims support for:
- Windows 10 x64 Builds 2004 through 22H2
- Windows 11 x64 Builds 21H2 through 24H2
Furthermore, the advertised claim of the spoofer states: "No game or Windows reinstall required," which directly contradicts the advice given. This inconsistency raises questions about the accuracy and reliability of the developer’s claims.
Eventually, I've wiped again my computer for another try and got another perm ban.
Important: The spoofer itself is not detected, meaning you won't be banned for using it. However, there is substantial evidence proving that even when using the spoofer, Rust's EAC can still access your original hardware serials, which means it will not work effectively for this game.
There are no serial leaks, and our software is not detected - we monitor identifiers directly from EAC and test daily across 8-9 clean machines in our dedicated lab. If there was an issue, we'd know within minutes. We've specialized in Rust and EAC for over 4 years.
Windows 11 was suggested because it's what we use internally for testing. It's not a requirement - just a troubleshooting recommendation based on what works best in our environment.
