The Rusty Bullet is a new Rust server that was founded on 09/03/2015. Our community has been growing steadily. The server pop limit is 50 and the map size is 4000 so there is plenty of room to expand and plenty of land to claim as your own. Admins are active, friendly, helpful, and open to suggestions when it comes to the server. Wipes will only occur when forced by the developers. Here is a list of mods available:
- Help Mod: type /help to see a list of commands
- Increased Stack Size: Most resource stacks have been increased to 10,000, Ammo to 1000
- Increased Gather Rate: 2x gather rate from resource dispensers (trees, ore veins, etc.) and 2x gather rate from items picked up (pieces of wood, ore, cloth, etc).
- Increased Crafting - Roughly twice as fast craft times
- Increased Furnace Efficiency: Roughly twice as fast
- 2 forms of cheat protection (Rust EAC and AntiCheat plugin for Oxide 2)
- Skip Night Vote: Players can vote to skip the night every day at 18:00. If successful, the game will advance to 08:00
- RustIO map, clans, etc: RustIO is an extension that provides a live map, a friends system, and a clans system. The link for the live map is displayed in game by typing /map in chat. This live map is private and you will only be visible to those whom you choose to share your location with.
- In-game clock: keeps track of the time of day in the game.
- Death notes: Displays messages when a player dies. Identifies the cause of death (players, animals, environment, etc). Also serves as some comic relief the ease the pain of death
- No Teleportation: We do NOT have any mods that add teleportation of any kind to the server.
- No Admin Abuse: Admins play as normal players on the server. They are not allowed to use any admin powers for normal gameplay. Admin powers will only be turned on when they are required for server administration purposes (ie: assisting a player, identifying a cheater, fixing a problem, etc.) When an admin is using admin powers, you'll see them as a naked player and they will be unkillable.
We have done our best to provide a fair and enjoyable gaming experience on the server. However, we ask players to keep in mind the nature of the game. Rust is a game of survival and sometimes this leads to altercations with other players. As in life, some of these may be positive and lead to long-term friendships. Others may lead to discovering one's arch enemy.
While this is a survival game, abuse will not be tolerated. We expect that players will keep to the competitive nature of the game but we ask they leave racial, religious, and other forms of hate speech out of the game. If you feel that you are the victim of abuse, please report it to an admin. However, it will be at the admin(s)' discretion in determining and classifying abuse.
