To use this you need to create an account on rsbuddy.
I have seen a bunch of noobs here posting fake world switcher.
This is the orion client, probably you have seen it somewhere.
Verry usefull client, displays prayer and hp on screen.
They use a overlay option, also you can add or create custom plugins.
It also includes highscores,pricecheck,notepad and calculator.

You can add world switcher, but i would say take time writing a plugin.
Or you set your home world to the world you wish to switch to.
