Is there a low rate server?

Just wondering why there is literly no low rate server out there that you acualy have to work. every single server that is posted is basicly instant cap and pk.... its kind of annoying because it makes all of your normal crafting skills such as smithing useless because everything is given to you so **** easy anyways does anyone maby know a server that isnt like the rest of them lol

There used to be one server with 2x rate.
But that was like 3years ago, so I don't think it exists anymore .
But have you checked runelocus list too?

Frugooscape i think, 3x without spawning items and 2x with spawning items. It was da best

i really want a low rate private server too .. damnit frugooscape was awesome btw and omg i remember playing Dodian .. now that was a fuking cool low rate server!!!!

My friend will be making a new server soon with pretty low rates, he hasn't informed yet, and he is still making it, but it should be done soon, I can send you a PM once it's done.
