Low Rate Server agains High rate server

hi all
its time to come back to a old post that i cant find anymore lol

in the beginning when i started my server was there a persone ( and more then 1 ) that was complaining about my "noob" server

every1 keeps saying that i will die after 10 days or that i will never have more then 10 players on it

now , 3 months later and a few developing later (its hard to fix bugs :S )

then the time is come that some persones can say that they are wrong (yes , even you whit your own 5 servers of eudemons and 3 servers of zero and 6 servers of Conquer)

but instead of starting to flame (no , thats not why i make this post , its just a minor :P )

i was wondering if there are more servers that try to make the same server as me , or are they all staying to the fact that they think that low rate servers are for "noobs" :P

in case no1 is making the same server like me , then i love it (the only low rate server cant say that of high rates servers)

well , here is the point i going say , i got at max .. 66 players online (not bad for a low rate server ?? isnt it ) and all the time there are around the 40 persones playing (sometimes around the 25+ , other times around the 50+ )

so... what you think of it ?? like the old scool servers (high rates) or like to try a new kind of server ?? (my server :P )

well if you say that after 3 months running your server you had only 66 players max, that's bad...

its not bad
not if you know that every1 says that no1 will play on it (and that it will shutdown in less then a month)

and to be exact , i changed from db to , and 66 max players online whit a average of 40 means that there is always players online (and lagfree )

and then the other point , i am not advertising my server -.- (exept here a bit , and some players that advertise)

but the point what i mean whit it
its not because i am a low rate server that no1 plays on it like they told before
