Returning to its previous position after login

Hello guys i know this is not a big issue but can I know the fix for this, In every login the character back to starting location I don't know the fix this. Thank you in advance.

And also I just want to make in every login it'll start to Tutorial zone and after that it'll save its current position after logout.

Check your Stored Procedures in RohanGame.
check this one dbo.TCharacterStatus (Update/Insert/Del)
