(help pls) can't give buff to others players

I have try many times with some many rohan data but still have no way out. Do i need to change something in database?

You cant sleep because of this ?
Get iRohan one and sort it 1 by 1

I think you can fix that by editing the skill.bin

Yup. Not for the weak of dev skills though. More often than not some that edit skill.bin, skilltree.bin and skilllevel.bin end up ******** themselves over pretty hard because they can't figure out what the parameters mean for each skill.
