Skill Editor problem

Need help with skills edit i put red mark where i change skill dmg from 315% to 3500% and cd from 30000 (30sec) to 5000 (5sec) i click "commit" log to my server but antyhing i edit still no working help....

You changed only the text .... the total dmg you have there is 7*45=315% and if its the old map id it will be the dmg of your arrwos x 7 .
If you want to buff all in one and the scout just buff the dmg of the ka'el arrows made by the buff and remove the cd of the buff .

Mate in that picture you can see everything WTF are you srsly that .... why would anyone bother if you can use / read a plain text in front of you ?

yellow dot - i change cd skill
black dot - change dmg skill
green dot - i change skill description
i save it log to server i try to use this skill and i can't can u tell me where i must correct?

First of all you must have both files on server and client and restart mapserver for the changes to take effect. (This is the only free advice i will give)
