I don't agree with this. Been playing since May 31, I'm a Filipino and of course live here in PH. Tho what you said might be true about our internet connection but not everyone here has an internet connection "thru bamboo stick". One good example is my internet here in our dormitory which is 42mbps when at its peak. Also take note that in SEA reagion, our country has the slowest internet connection in average, so your problem in getting a party might not be experienced by others.
Furthermore, all I can say is that your judgement with Rohan SEA is thru your experience alone. So maybe that 1-2 months that you said is your limit, but not everyone's. Anddddd, that 20$ thing is not true, I live alone and I can barely live with that 20$ per week by eating only bread and peanut butter. LOL.
I just hate people for saying things they aren't sure about just to make themselves look so cool or so.

I haven't seen/played with 1 Filipino who could stay online for more than 20min which is annoying af. This is my experience with your people.
