Looking for a 99 cap Rohan P.Server
Is there any out there?
99 cap
No crafting
Half Elf, Elf, Dark Elf, Dekan, Dhan, Human only
Mid to High rate.

Pretty hard to find what exactly your looking for, most 99 servers don't last long and eventually got upgraded Hero 2 or even Hero 3.

Worth a shot. Maybe someone would prefer to dev one someday. Those consumables are still profitable. x50 would be enough I suppose?

NO , The Answer is Big No
You Need Indonesians Player to make the server more interesting , we are maybe trashtalker , but we are good farmer and good with pvp , but rarely donate to server . The Problem is we mostly love hero 3 .

99 servers are extremely ephemeral. Most end up becoming hero III after a few months mostly because their players (and devs) get mind numbingly bored. Those that don't end up moving to the 115+ cap world end up just simply going away.
