Again the answers a person who is passionate about playing Rohan could give. I have given you 2 challenges:
1. Show us all a server that operates at a deficit or even break even. You won't find one. Running a server and playing it are 2 very different things. One is fun, the other starts fun, then it gets really really boring and unless it is bringing in some kind of money, it ends.
2. Make one yourself. You don't have to be a dev to open a server but you do have to hire one (99% of them want to be
paid btw). All you need is deep pockets get things rolling + pay them and devs will be happy to work for you. If you are so sure that passion and a willingness to throw money at it is all that's needed. Accept the challenge.
Been there, done that. Perhaps you need to earn your own knowledge from experience.
Come back after you have solved those challenges and then maybe, just maybe you will have realistic idea on how things
really work.

If it is hosted in the US, it is subject to DMCA and will take you down on the 1st takedown notice. You need an offshore server hosted in places like the Netherlands. Those ain't so cheap. Don't forget that if you are not yourself a Rohan dev, you will need to hire one and they don't work for peanuts. If you want a
*real* anti-hack, you have to go to someone like Yurneroo to get one. Then there's the server files. Unless you have a pal that has a set of files + database & web, you will end up spending money on those too.
The money adds up. 2 servers (one for release, the other for the dev team to work on). Dev salaries or commissions, initial binary costs.
