detect packer ised with something like PEiD. If it's old then it probably got cracked and you should find tutorials how to unpack in google, if you won't find then the best for you would be to look for another client

You didn't do it right. Perhaps you missed a step or detected the wrong exe packer.
Keep trying - and make good use of google. nobody will do that for you.
