Sharing a simple spawn editor, use the coords from game /mypos

Works on *.box *.monster *.npc *.statue *.guard
Requires JRE 8 to run.
It was written in about two hours so probably has quite few bugs, just let me know ill fix them in spare time.

I'll gladly share all my stuff and knowledge on some stuff (editing pets and some minor map srv changes) for hero 3 files, maybe even the bugged one.
