Heroic Power now reduce from 15% to 9%

You've adjusted the attack and defence to the same % values? You clearly don't understand that Heroic Power is broken. Have attack and defence the same value is what breaks PvP because it modifies the game's 70% PvP damage reduction. Heroic Power should either be removed completely or fixed correctly or you'll never solve the ridiculous gap of <99 vs >100.

Physical Def. Enhancement Scroll (Superior) reduce physical defense from 30% to 10%

What about minor (10%) and intermediate (20%) scrolls? Why reduce superior scrolls to 10% instead of just replacing them with minors?

That's just a quick example that says to me you don't really have a clue what you're doing. Do you just pick numbers out of a hat to see what random thing you can change for literally no reason whatsoever other than making it look like you can make relevant edits to the game's files?
