I'm halfway to make my local server but i have problems

Can someone help me? Or tell me what to search? So the sql server cant find the file type of db's they just cant be read it by the sql in that case. Can someone tell me what to search or do I need some app? pliss tell me smothing

What I can say is:
-Check your connection file in the windows registry.
-Check your IP on SQLSERVER Database

If you do not Man if you can't start a simple server of Rohan, you're in the wrong game.

Would help much more if you make some Screens from your Problems.
This can me Firewall,Ports,Problem with SQL Server, wrong IP etc etc

btw how im suppost to host a server with more than 10 people with 8 gb ram i5 and 10mb internet???? i just dont get you guys. srsly guys dont hate me so much i just wanted to try something new cuz i rly like this game...
btw for my problems
Must i open registry file in the sql server after that must i open the files that in the sql server? or must i do somethng with them and my AgentServer and etc are crashing maybe cuz of that i dont know :/(RohanGame and etc.)
