I'm new here, And I'm just wondering, if this place is "safe". and if scams Do happen. Because I'm thinking of buying around.. idk... 30-40k rps? But I'm worried i pay around 130-150$ and get NOTHING. and just get scammed. How can i be sure? Is there a safe way to do it, or What?
For example : a guy says hes selling 20k for 100$. Could i ask him to give me 2k per 10$ to be safe? So if he scams, i just lose 10$ instead of 100$.
Also, Is there a chance i might get Banned in game? for doing so? Has there ever been a case?
