Hit hack

hello ive seen a guy hit sum1 with 700 flee and never missd... what hack program could be using this? and yeah the guy didnt have a phreeoni card.

will WPE or rPE help me do this?
or is this a different program?

It's probably impossible, but it might be an NPC exploit or a serversided hack.

really but then again hes able to edit a lot of things...he gives himself hi flee hi hit hi hp and hi damage....serversided hack meaning?
