I found a way to bypass HS, so now I can use Cheat Engine. So far, when I modify the values on the stat, it doesn't affect the character. Only the displayed values are changed.

Yup. The existing program of timecop can still bypass HS. But WPE and rPE not working with the current patch. Even the cheat engine can't do much except for speed hack. You can change the char's attrib using cheat enginge, but it still doesn't affect the build of your character. Only what's displayed in your stats window.
