I think now i know how to do it try this extract it in your RO folder and find the data open it and you will see something like this

[Data]
1=data.grf
2=rdata.grf
3=bblabla.grf

Those are example only and add the nodelay.grf in the last so it will be like this

[Data]
1=data.grf
2=rdata.grf
3=bblabla.grf
4=nodelay.grf

and save it not sure if thats how it works

1: Download the .rar
2: extract it in your download folder
3: open your data.ini (if you can't see one or don't have one make one. :P)
and you'll see like this
[Data]
0=blind.grf
1=data.grf
2=rdata.grf

4: prioritize the nodelay.grf like this:
[Data]
0=nodelay.grf
1=blind.grf
2=data.grf
3=rdata.grf

And voila! that's it. lol.
