Ive translated it for someone else but since it got patched anyway try it on your old servers.
If you dont get an error when trying to connect with your second client -> fixed
If your first client gets "This account is used by somebody else" or something like that -> either fixed or you didnt get the right timing.

Empty your cart and place the items you want to dupe in it before doing this.
- Start 2 clients.
- Go to the char selection with one client.
- Only enter your login information into the other. DONT LOGIN.
- Choose your char who has a cart and hit enter.
- Quickly switch to your other client and hit enter as well to login.
- Your first client should login fine while the other one gets an error.
It might be a little hard to find the timing but it should work if its not fixed.
- Now with your second client who couldnt login type in your login information again but dont login.
- Wait at least 15 seconds (take a clock or something) and login with your second client. Dont select a character.
- Close the second client again.
- Now with your first client which is still logged in get the items out of the cart into your inventory and relog.
The items should now be in the cart and your inventory.
