LVL +30 Weapons has upgrade slots which are on sale at NPC's. and the lowest one costs about 3.9m and plus 5m for keen talic makes it about 9m.
so u are telling us that the item which is upgraded costs alot more then 9m.

btw i dont remember if the lowbie mobs outside the hq or outpost still drop weapons with upgrade slot.
or do we have to craft the weapon?
and can you be more specific about the price of the weapon. so i may have an idea if it worths or not.
