When all warriors have reached their peak, the slightest difference could be the cause of victory or defeat.
The three races have not only allowed the use of previously forbidden weapons, from relics to nuclear missiles, but have also discovered new ways to protect themselves. No longer content with simply crafting masterwork, “Intense” armor and upgrading them with talics refined from halostone ore, they have begun to employ crafting techniques that could only be used previously with weapons or shields.
Armor Abilities
Listed below are the effects of each ability per armor. For example, if you have 2 armor items with the Fine ability, your total bonus accuracy is 10.
Advanced Strength: Increases hit points and force points by 6%
Fine: Increases accuracy by 5
Guardian: Decreases the duration of debuffs by 10%
Endurance: Increases elemental resistance by 4
Sharp: Increases critical hit chance by 8%
Solid: Increases defense by 10%
Strong: Increases attack damage by 5%
Vampire: 4% of damage dealt is regained as hit points
Protection: Increases shield block rate by 5% [ SHIELD ONLY* ] [ Evidence 1 ] [ Evidence 2 ]* Attempting to insert the Protection ability in any other armor piece may cause automatic failure. This is still being investigated.
Armor Abilities That Currently CANNOT Be Used To Upgrade
From testing, it is clear that attempting to use the following armor abilities will either cause an error (”incorrect materials”), or automatic crafting failure. In the latter’s case, this would cause some of your item ingredients to disappear. Attempt at your own risk.
Anti-Sharp: Increases resistance to critical hits
Grand: Increases attack range
Saving: Decreases FP cost of skills and spells
Strength: Increases hit pointsType C Armor Combination Requirements

1 Intense Armor with +1 to +5 favor upgrades (no more, no less)
Notes: The number of favor upgrades denote the chance of success in creating a Type C/D armor. Using a +5 intense armor does not mean 100% success, however. It is estimated to be at 95% only.
