Edit rf.exe

I got RF.exe that set ip to 127.0.0.1

but how can I get login ip and server ip from official rf.exe to replace it for make bypass?

From picture below What is meaning of ip 127.0.0.1 in each line?
which line connect to loginserver, and worldserver ?
