[HELP] Editing Audio Files

Trying to change the sound to a few skills in the RF snd folder. But after I put in my new sounds they do not work, no sound no nothing.

I made PCM 16 bit .wav files with the same bit rate as the others.

Any ideas? I am using Audacity.
