ask where can i get some quest at lvl 51-55

QUESTION ANY NPC KNOWN CAN GET SOME QUEST FROM 51-55

Quest NPC...
1. Buy DNA A,B,C,D and E
2. then Pick Quest
then blah blah blah... jowk
3. then Go to HQ outpost
4. then pick operation N 6 times = failed
5. then open journal
6. then abort 5 quest which is the DNA A B C D and E
7 then pick operation N again = Sucess
then Blah blah blah again.. jowk

8. then shout TP for Ether then do the first quest which the Caliana
Note: Never Disconnect while doing the process above or you'll ruin the bug

9. after you do the Caliana Quest "check your Journal again!" You see Operation N is multiplied! <SUCESS!!! CONGRATULATIONS -WOWOWEE!!!> DO the Caliana Quest again!
note: It's Ok if you disconnect by this time...

10. FINISH the whole quest you'll recieve REWARD POTION 1.5 EXP x 4 = 6 EXP

unfornately i know that, but im asking if someone know where in hq or in other location can get a npc quest from 51-55 coz i dont want to go in novus tree.

heres some clue some of NPC in HQ are repetable
ex.expensive weapon NPC - where you can get izen rock quest
Tribune NPC and NPC ASO something?near on ship on ACC HQ
and if you want to try on novus quest do it in midnight like for example 12MN - 2AM and look for the blind spot of the elven monster and tank you can do it by getting near on UNNAMED MINING UMT NPC near on QUEST NPC.
