SQLite Expert Professional is just a software to interface to the database with a running SQLlite engine, SQLlite remote access can even turned off.

Experts uses the console instead of this software, this program is for the lazy people who cant build their own SQL from scratch.

If what you are saying was true then, LU got a ton of NOOB db experts and Server admins.

usually if you want to access oracle database You should have the password.
