need help with CE

hey im new to CE and i tryied to make 10x dmg for siege kits at ACC...i found the weapon and all but i cant find the location of the A4 07 in the memory view....can somone help me? maybe post a few screens? it will realy help....and just so you know i lookd in search for somting like this and couldent find

never ever find that A4 07 ....as it keep changing all the time...just select that changing number
