Private Server with Mail System Enabled?

My current project is the classic trading with other races, and I think the mail system is the only way to this. I've already tried 5 pservers but to no luck finding one yet with an enabled mailing system.

Help, anyone?

I have also tried this on few official and private servers and no luck at all...

i think there are P.SERVERS that had been. BANNED AN MAIL SYSTEM
