Use CE, get the exp adress and some how change the exp rate to 99.9%
Tell me if this works.
I'm kinda new to CE
I didnt try this I'm just suggesting that one of you expert hackers to try and see if this works and post the results.

Btw, i think this could only work in a pirate server which let exp rate in jades and such things, and even in this case, im not sure it would work.
