i need help for change my Algerian IP to Korean IP and English patch of KTS E7 and how to work the patch

Use a Korean Proxy Server.

There are some for free , but they don't work well.
So if you want a good working connection you need to spend mony for one.

its so obvious that you have either a multiaccount or you are close to him. plz dont advertise for that

yeah we are friends and he helped me to get on the kts.

then my friend the chances are very low u get on the kts. u can try to look for another vpn site that works good,but a acc dont belive someone will make you one for free or give you one.i mean u can try but im just sayin.

well basicly u pay 10 usd they send u a list of ips and a user name and pass u use that to and login with it.u have the setup on the website it explains how to use it.about the patch when u get on kts add me to msn i will send u the english patch and tell you how to use it.so far there is no arabian patch i think.gl
