you haven't read the rules.

some people can't get a hold of 10 bucks that easily, man. i understand his problem. it's not easy to just accept that there's no way around the $10 vpn. i wish i could share my vpn with him but i can't unless we log in at the same exact time, every time we play. that's just too much of a hassle.

I don't understand why so much people want to go on KTS...

OK, good rate, pet card sold to NPC, etc etc... But all char are reset twice a year so all you do on this server just deserve anything...

And it's a TEST server! If you go on it just for playing more easily, it is just useless...
Test server mean you have to make report of every bug you encounter, if possible in Korean, for let the dev know and (eventually) repair them...

I just can't figure what Rappelz should be if every KTS players do that... Some bugs as hide loot or dual summon just should been repair for month...

But nooooo there's alway some "kévin" (don't know English world) who just want to be 170 in few week and just pounce around with that... The same who go crying on KTS forum when their char is delete...
Those people are exactly why there's IP restrictions on KTS... And those people will just make KTS definitely close because it just deserve anything as nobody use it as it should be (this nearly happend few month ago, for the last full reset...)
