I was always really good at registering KTS accounts, I did it for all of my friends, but now? nope. I don't know if it's even possible. Anybody have an old account they'd be willing to give me? I'll give you a big hug!

As long as you don't have a friend who's living in Korea, you won't be able to create an account, since the new way is using the mobile phone.
Also I doubt that the old accounts still exist, I mean, if they change the register because there are international people on the KTS, why should they let them have the old accounts? I think they just wiped it.

I think that all accounts could be used on both the test servers and the "real" servers though -- unless they went through and deleted accounts that didn't have any characters created on the "real" servers, which they could have, I guess.

Oh well. KTS was fun when it lasted
