Huge lags/lagspikes on fenrir

Hi
My rappelz is lagging for like 3 weeks now and i dont know how to fix that.
DP/solo is useless because the lag gets me killed everytime....

seit 3 wochen oder so habe ich ziemlich starke lags beim rappelz spielen, keine ahnung wie man das reparieren kann....
DP/solo ist sinnlos, da einen die lags fast jedes mal umbringen...

PC1:
2GB Ram
graka: GeForce 9800 GTX+
Cpu: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU @6600

PC2:
4GB Ram
Graka: GeForce 260GT
CPU: Intel Core i3-530

same problem on both pcs....

maybe it isnt pc,check your rooter or maybe you net provider had some problems,i heard from my server(naga)german player's have lagg fastival
