Looks like the registration system was changed again, so I doubt the tutorial is still useful anyway. Can we have an update?

the video in front page don't work.... and i also think they changed the sycstem of regestration... now u need a korean cell phone or to register in cert.vno.co.kr ... and of caurse u need a kssn to do it
