Guys I have private server but All charapters not using skills...Why not?

Are you using a epic 7 client not the AoR one?

It's probably his macro system is on the fritz, Redemption shows this symptom rarely.

Just use default if it happens man.

Can also occur if you're using too high MP-worldbuffs.
If so, remove them/lower them (until it works).
