- Enables IP logging of all accounts into the table "[Auth].[dbo].[IPLog]"
- Creates an empty SMP to resolve the "web_nflavor_accept" warning inside the auth server

The original post has been updated with an important fix. The IP log will now correctly show the time of the login as well as the date.
