that wont work ranma as u need the offical php based Gm tools

It should be mentioned that only the server hoster can use adcon to make snotices ( i think, cause it uses the game001 console to enter commands)
You can just use shout !message ingame, if the person is a gm it will be in a different color than that of a normal player. (if i remember correctly)
